2. **Allocated Time Slots (£20 Charge):** If you require a specific time, this service is available for a small fee. We prioritize these slots as we may be traveling across areas to meet your specific schedule.
3. **Indoor & Hall Hires:** It is **company policy** that all indoor hires require an allocated time slot to ensure we work within your venue's access times. You can select this on our Booking Form.

Surface & Set Up Safety

Safety is our #1 priority. Please note our surface requirements:
* **Real Grass:** Our standard outdoor setup surface.
* **Artificial Grass:** We can set up on artificial lawns *only* if we can anchor the inflatable into the ground securely.
* **Hardstanding (Concrete/Tarmac/Paving):** **Please do not book if you have a hard surface outdoors.** We cannot safely anchor on these surfaces and will have to decline the job.
