Q: What is the delivery & collection time on a weekend?

A: Our delivery time is from 8am-12pm & we start collecting from 6:00pm onwards. If you need a specific drop off time, Please Contact Us to arrange this on 07508787087

Q: I have taken out overnight stay on our inflatable, what time will it be collected the following day?

A: We start collection from 8am the following day.But please ask to see if can arrange for a certain time

Q: Will the bouncy castle I have ordered have a rain cover?

A: All our bouncy castles have rain covers attached. Some of our bouncy castles have front covers.

Q: I have payed a deposit but I need to cancel , will I lose my deposit

A: Unfortunately you will lose any deposit if you are just wanting to cancel . However if it's because of severe weather etc then you will receive you deposit back . If you would like more info then please Contact Us

Q: it is raining will we still get our chosen product delivered

A: We check daily the weather forecast to make sure it's safe to hire for that day as long as no severe I.e winds thunder, lighting etc . We will still deliver on the day if unsure the Bouncy Castle hire Nottingham

Q: How much in advance should I place my booking?

A: We would recommend that you place your booking as quick a possible to avoid disappointment. It's easy to place your booking online and can also check availability for your product. At least if it's booked in you then don't have anything to worry about

Q: How much space will I require for my bouncy castle ?

A: Here at topdogs we have made it very easy for you. On all of our products we have a specs section with all the sizes. So all you will need to do is simply measure your area just to make sure the area is suitable.

Q: What is included in my hire on the day ?

A: your hire will include delivery of the item, set up & take down, safety talk on the product for safe practice.

Q: How long will the item take to set up ?

A: all inflatable will roughly take our team around 15 / 45 mins per item unless it's a big event then it will be discussed prior.
