10% BOOKING FEE
Book direct online with our easy to use booking system. Simply check availability and book direct online it's easy!! All we ask for is a 10% booking fee that is none refundable. It will automatically be rounded up to the nearest £10. We also have the feature to pay the full amount when booking your hire.
Booking fee is none refundable unless topdogs inflatables bouncy castle hire cancels the booking. It is not a common accurance however Sometimes it can even be out of our hands. I.e weather etc
If for any reason topdogs inflatables bouncy castle hire cancels because of a fault our end I.e staff shortage, vehicle breakdown, machine breakdown, and any other possible reason.
We will not issue refunds for i.e insuffient space, restricted access, wrong surfaces, permission of use, these requirements are down to the customer to sort before booking.
